At Natural Stone Consulting, we pride ourselves on providing each and every client with a personal and bespoke service.

Purchasing stone floor tiles, paving and bespoke items can be a daunting and lengthy task without sound advice from those passionate about the materials – that is where we come in. Here are just some of the reasons why we work in the way that we do:

We work with both homeowners AND trade customers such as architects, designers and developers. Each has differing needs which can be influenced by budget, their existing knowledge of natural stone and of course, the desired finished look. For homeowners, choosing a stone floor will be a considerable investment which will see a material installed in their home for many years to come. For trade clients, we welcome the chance to ensure they are safe in the knowledge of proposing the best material for the project at hand – both in terms of aesthetics and suitability.

We offer our clients dedicated showroom appointments to ensure they receive our undivided attention. We believe the best way to learn about our natural stone is to see and feel it for themselves. Each display is large enough to ensure you can appreciate what the stone will look like on a large area – not just in a handful of tiles. Our showroom displays feature our core range of material but we can also develop these with different finishes to create a product that is tailor-made for each client if lead times permit.

For those clients unable to visit our showroom, we also offer a sampling service to enable them to still see our materials first-hand. Along with project photography and concise advice from our knowledgeable team, we are able to still ensure each client is happy with the choice they make.

One of the main reasons we are so passionate about natural stone is that the choices provided by it are endless. While our website features a wealth of products with differing finishes and applications, there are so many more options out there. We have great enthusiasm for creating and providing bespoke floors as well as made-to-measure stone items for our clients – whether that be steps, wall copings, swimming pool surrounds or something more elaborate.

We ensure we maintain direct links with the factories producing our materials. This means we have first-hand knowledge of how each product is made, allowing us to share our passion for quality natural stone whilst recommending the best floor or wall tiles to each client. These factory links also allow us to develop bespoke finishes as mentioned above, while also offering a stone sourcing service if a client has a specific stone or look in mind.

Our factory and quarry connections also mean we can supply stone for large projects at full container prices. Our customers can make a hassle-free purchase and the material is delivered directly to site. This is especially beneficial for clients such as property developers and landscapers who may have a need for large quantities of stone at competitive prices.

As a family business with a small, yet devoted, team of staff we keep our overheads low to ensure we can provide our materials at economical prices. We appreciate that even those with the largest of budgets still have a need to keep costs down while at the same time achieving an individual, quality finish.
